  • No tax returns, BAS, or financial documents are lodged without written client approval.

  • All work is reviewed internally before submission.

  • Taxsolutions always complies with ATO regulations and Australian accounting standards.


2. Privacy Policy

  • Full name, address, contact details

  • TFN, ABN, ACN

  • Income, expenses, receipts, bank statements, and financial documents

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

5.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • Work has not yet started

  • Fees were charged in error

5.2 No Refund After Lodgement

Once a tax return, BAS, or financial document is lodged, refunds cannot be issued.

5.3 Cancellation

Clients may cancel services at any time.
However, payment is required for any work already completed.
